  Track incidents - Defects enhancements and change requests and their current status and history is tracked and available for review at any time, by team members according to authentication and access limitations.

  Assign work activities - One or more team members can be assigned to work on a particular incident. Same or different team members can be assigned to the various stages of an incident. For example, one member can be assigned to all stages of managing a incident or one member assigned to coding and another to testing, or two to coding and one to testing, etc. Scope Trakker’s flexibility allows you to assign activities according to your own process.

Scope Trakker can generate various management reports on demand. With Scope Trakker’s ability to capture statistical data, project managers can forecast resource and time requirements for future incidents and projects.

Priority Management and Resource Leveling - Project managers have full control of priorities for all incidents. Status reports can be organized based upon incident priority levels, resource assignment and other factors. Resource assignment reports provide instant access to resource utilization information and facilitates resource leveling activities by project managers.

Authentication and Access Management - Scope Trakker allows project managers to assign team members to various project activities. Access to every feature of Scope Trakker can be managed on a case by case basis. Team members may only view or update information to which they have been assigned. View and Update features are controlled individually.

Complete Team Communication - Scope Trakker’s built-in email generation features allow all team members to be informed with the up to the moment status of the project. As resources are assigned, or incidents are updated, email messages can be automatically generated to inform appropriate team members of the change. No manual intervention is required if the project manager enables this feature.
